i love therapy.
i used to reject it, then finally went and was like, “where have you been my whole life?!” i forgot for a few months and totally remembered last week why i love my therapist. i used to scoff at therapy, mostly because of the taboo a lot of our culture has about mental wellness. now, i understand it is a tool to cope with the healing journey we are on.
